Our talented catering team being led by executive chef Nicholas Atkins, whose experience to date includes five years at the world renowned five star Chewton Glen Hotel, where Nicholas honed his skills creating cuisine of Michelin Star standard. His career also taking him through the ‘academy of culinary arts’ to working alongside chefs from many of the top London establishments, such as the Savoy, Claridges & The Ritz.
